IX. Attic.

1. General: The attic has been crudely finished into additional sleeping quarters. There is a cheap paneling partially covering the fiberglass insulation between the rafters. The framing is structurally adequate but not heavy. Again the electric system was not designed to accommodate student living. The room doesn't have the required headroom, ventilation or light. It shouldn't be used for sleeping quarters.
