VII. The Heating System.

1. Boiler: The building is heated by a relatively recent gas fired, 500,000 Btu Crown Cast iron boiler. In general these are sound long lasting heating units. There are three circulators on the unit for dfflerent zones. At present only two circulators are functional. The third circulator is ceased. The wires were disassembled at the control.

We did not attempt to heat the whole building as part of this evaluation. It is apparent that the boiler will last many years but it does need a thorough pre-season servicing.
